3. Services Not Eligible for Refunds

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain Name Registrations and Transfers: Once a domain is registered or transferred, it cannot be refunded due to registry restrictions.
• SSL Certificates: These are non-refundable once issued.
• Software Licenses and Setup Fees: Any fees for software licenses or setup are non-refundable.

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

For services beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee period, we may offer pro-rated refunds for unused time upon early termination. The conditions are as follows:

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.
• Account Balance Credit: Alternatively, unused funds may be credited to your account balance for future use.
