Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
PureVPS Ltd (“PureVPS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides VPS and Dedicated Server hosting solutions. To ensure reliable, secure, and fair use of our services, all customers (“you”, “your”) must adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PureVPS services for the following activities:
- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activities that violate local, national, or international law.
- Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk email or messages (spam), operating open mail relays, or any similar abuse of messaging systems.
- Malware and Viruses: Distributing or hosting malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful or disruptive programs.
- Phishing and Fraud: Engaging in phishing scams, identity theft, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property Violations: Hosting, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of copyrighted or licensed materials without explicit permission.
- Network and System Abuse: Engaging in activities that negatively affect network performance, security, or availability is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, port scanning, unauthorized access attempts, data interception, or the deployment and operation of commercial VPN services, proxy networks, or traffic tunneling solutions intended for resale or public use. Such activities impose a disproportionate load on our infrastructure and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your services.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Using PureVPS resources for cryptocurrency mining or related activities.
- Adult Content and Offensive Materials: Hosting or distributing adult, pornographic, defamatory, racist, or hateful content.
3. Resource Usage Restrictions
Customers must use allocated resources responsibly and efficiently. Excessive resource usage that disrupts other clients, network stability, or system integrity may result in immediate suspension of your services.
4. Security and Compliance
- You must promptly report any security breaches or suspicious activity to our support team.
- You are responsible for securing your account credentials and maintaining current security practices on your servers or VPS/VDS.
5. Consequences of AUP Violations
If PureVPS identifies violations of this policy, we may:
- Issue warnings or notices to cease activities.
- Temporarily suspend your services until the issue is resolved.
- Permanently terminate your account without notice for serious or repeated violations. Please note that we don’t refund money in this case.
PureVPS reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected illegal activities.
6. Policy Amendments
PureVPS reserves the right to update this AUP at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or notices posted on our website.
